3. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be requested through our website, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a missed-appointment fee or requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
4. Pricing and payment
Treatment costs are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) after consultation. Estimates are valid for the period stated. Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan or insurance arrangement has been agreed in advance.
5. Medical history and consent
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical and dental history. Treatment will only proceed after informed consent is obtained. You may ask questions at any time before or during treatment.
